Throughout 2021, we managed to keep the practice open and look after our patients and we were very lucky that our staff kept safe and well and we did not have to cancel our lists or shut the practice.
The infection control guidelines were relaxed at the end of November. However, the new Omicron variant is more transmissible and we have taken the decision to continue with the same protocols as before. This is to ensure that we do our best to keep our patients as well as staff safe. Of course, this means that we will be able to see less patients and our waiting times may be longer, but we hope that the arrival of two new Dentists to our team, Santhi and Sadia, will reduce the waiting times significantly.
